There's a long moment where it's a distinct possibility. With the guards eliminated and no-one else handy and a general ineffective rage circulating, it certainly looks as if Blonsky might lash out simply out of reflex.
But he doesn't. He takes a deep, relieved breath, and then a second as independent, focused movement returns, and regains his feet before making his way towards the doorway with a few halting steps and a nondescript grunt that might have been a thanks. He's certainly not going to say it.
